The crèche

Open to local and city residents, the crèche has 50 places for children aged 6 and under for long-term, short-term, occasional or emergency care and afterschool supervision.

La Cartonnerie

The biggest indoor space at the Friche, la Cartonnerie, regularly hosts shows, concerts and festivals...

The IMMS

The Mediterranean Institute of Performing Arts is a centre for training and innovation which has brought together the Cannes Regional Acting School and the Avignon Higher Institute for Performing Arts for a joint project.

Work Spaces: the storerooms

A building on three floors 125 meters long by 75m wide, dating back to the 50s, ‘les magasins' used to be the storerooms for cigarettes from the Seita factory. Today they serve as the work spaces (offices, workshops, meeting rooms, rehearsal rooms, studios…) for most of the Friche residents.

The Gyptis

A stone's throw from the Friche at the heart of the Belle de Mai area is the Gyptis cinema, a one-screen cinema that seats 170 people.
